Two Caves

Stormfoot Catacombs

Shaw had been here
Stone passages and archways
Filled with fanged imps
Clinging to walls

    Dropping and swarming
    Cutting, biting, deadly in
    Numbers amongst flame
    Spewing pillars

        All avenues exhausted, a lever
        Once pulled, a grinding sound
        Seldom used mechanism
        An earlier door unlocked

    Messages left behind, a dog
    Beyond the door, a turtle
    Expected, a horror instead
    Erdtree Burial Watchdog

Once defeated, helpful ashes
Received as reward
On the wall, in the back
A nightmarish scene

Limgrave Tunnels

Dreadful cacophony echoing throughout
Tunnels dimly lit
Clanging of hammers from
Miners toiling within

    Bounty of smithing stones
    If Shaw can survive, relentless
Attacks from foes of stone hide
    Rats occasionally joining the fray

        A secret passage, reached
By leaping from the elevator in
        Movement between levels
Perhaps a boss to be revealed

Different prospectors, armed
With deadly flames, progress
Halted for the moment, Shaw
Will burn if she remains
