- Today’s adventures would consist of Shaw exploring previously uncovered areas in search of things she might have missed.
- The first thing she found was a cave full of wolves, which she dispatched with relative ease. She explored the cave as much as she dared, but a sickly yellow mistwall, indicating a powerful opponent, indicated to her that it was time to turn around. Maybe some other time.
- The next thing she found was some catacombs. She was able to kill the stabby little rat men posted near the entrance, without too much ado, but the further she explored, all signs (both literal and figurative) pointed to a plethora of boss-adjacent foes and other assorted dangers. Once again, another time perhaps.
- Having seemingly exhausted exploration options within sight of a site of grace, she summoned Sir Mix-a-Lot and started riding South.
- Sidenote: apparently Sir Mix-a-Lot already had a name, Torrent. Not a terrible name, per say, but Shaw prefers to name her companions herself, thank you.
- Side-sidenote: Dear FromSoftware, please patch in the ability to name my horse while you work on an easy mode. Thanks!
- Shaw’s previous aversion to killing zombies has rescinded since she realized that they always respawn, regardless of how many times she slays them. What is this place? She feels trapped in an endless loop of dying and reliving the same day, over and over again. Is she being punished for some forgotten transgression? Who brought her to the Lands Between? Are the zombies, soldiers, etc. also trapped here as some form of divine torment? But then how to explain the merchants and other mysterious figures who randomly appear to offer assistance. There are obviously competing forces at work in this place, but who are they? And why? Unfortunately these questions will have to wait. Shaw is weary.
- Shaw posing with the big hat lady that gifted her the ghost wolves summoning bell:

- Shaw posing at a site of grace near the southernmost point of her exploration so far (fun fact, she fell off the cliff to her death immediately after this photograph was taken, as the hand that guides her mistakenly pressed to step-back button when trying to close a message):

Summary:
In which Shaw obtains a bell to summon ghost wolves from a lady with a big hat; and also, contemplates the meaning of her existence.
